We wish to commend you on the way you handled our plumbing problems. On August 16, 2011 we called you regarding a possible leak in the main water line to our home. You answered our call promptly, found the problem almost immediately, and took care of it quickly and efficiently with very little inconvenience to us.
Most importantly, we were impressed by the courtesy, kindness, capabilities, and effectiveness of the men who came to analyze the problem and do the work. We would like to personally thank, and we hope that you give special recognition to Jeff, Chance, Ted, and Brent for all they did.
